Welcome to Kudi Gigs ("the Platform"), a marketplace designed to connect advertisers with workers for freelance gigs and tasks. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Platform and its services, including all functionalities provided by Kudi Gigs. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Services

4.1 Advertisers

Advertisers can create campaigns and post gigs on the Platform. By posting a gig, you agree to the following:

• Provide accurate descriptions, terms, and conditions for the gig.
• Pay the agreed amount upon successful completion of the task by the worker.
• Abide by all applicable laws and not engage in fraudulent activities.

4.2 Workers

Workers can apply for gigs posted by advertisers. By accepting a gig, you agree to:

• Complete the gig in accordance with the instructions and within the agreed time frame.
• Provide accurate updates and submissions for completed tasks.
• Abide by the terms and conditions of the gig posted by the advertiser.

5. Payments and Fees

• Payments for completed gigs are processed through the Platform’s payment system.
• Kudi Gigs may charge service fees for facilitating transactions between advertisers and workers. Any such fees will be clearly stated before a transaction.
• You agree to pay any applicable fees for the use of services on the Platform.

6. Dispute Resolution

• Kudi Gigs provides a dispute resolution process for conflicts between advertisers and workers.
• In the event of a dispute, both parties are encouraged to resolve the issue amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, Kudi Gigs may intervene and make a final decision, which both parties agree to accept.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users of the Platform agree not to:

• Post illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content.
• Use the Platform for any unauthorized or unlawful purpose.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Circumvent any measures implemented by Kudi Gigs to secure the Platform.

8. Termination of Account

Kudi Gigs reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms, or for any other reason at its sole discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, features, and functionality on the Platform, including logos, trademarks, text, and graphics, are the property of Kudi Gigs and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Kudi Gigs is not liable for any damages, losses, or harm arising from:

• Errors or interruptions in the Platform’s operation.
• The actions or omissions of other users.
• Any disputes between advertisers and workers.
• Any unauthorized access to your account.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Kudi Gigs harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or any violation of law.

12. Amendments to Terms

Kudi Gigs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Platform, and your continued use after the modifications signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law
